What is the principle of SYA?
One lockable sitting-/bed room is destined for your exclusive use. All secondary rooms (entrance room, kitchen, bathroom) are to be shared with another SYA guest.
This extraordinary offer is the best choice for all who want to enjoy supreme comfort at lower costs. The perfect solution for simultaneous business trips, training or leisure travels for 2-4 persons.

Each apartment is designed for 4 persons.
Each apartment is heated by a computer-controlled floor heating system and air conditioned.
Barriere free apartments are available in our new building.
Detailed brochures for recreational activities in Moedling and surrounding areas are provided in each apartment.
All service charges such as breakfast, taxes, cleaning (new linen twice a week) are all included in the listed prices. Telephone and communication at extra charges.
